This clay painting was inspired by the beauty of Sri Lankan nature, captured during a walk along the edge of the cloud forest at Horton Plains.

This relief painting was handcrafted using multiple layers of polymer clay on an aluminium composite panel, which was then baked to increase its strength and durability. It is finished with a wooden frame.
